Persuasive Writing

I was learning to write a persuasive piece of writing. I can agree or disagree with a topic. I can provide reasons why I agree or disagree with a topic. It was easy because I have lots of reasons why I like chocolate better than ice cream.

Making Connections

I was learning to make connections in a text. I can compare a character to what they were like before big changes happened to them and what they are like now. It was tricky because I was not sure what the task was asking me to do.

Months Of The Year

I was learning to name and order the months of the year. I can name and order the months of the year. It was easy because I all ready no January to December.

Narrative

I was learning to write a narrative piece of writing. I can discuss the characters. I can write a conclusion. It was tricky because I needed some help from the teacher.

Summarise Imformation

I was learning to summarise information. I can find the main ideas in the text. I can identify the key ideas in the text.  I can use the keywords and main ideas to summarise information. It was tricky because I am not good ansering the quweson.

Multiplication

We are learning about the numbers of groups of 5 in numbers to 50. I can count the number of groups I made and turn it into an equation. It was tricky because I need more practice with my times tables.

Language Features

I was learning about different language features. I can expand some contractions and I can find the root words for words. It was tricky because I had not done this before so it was new to me. 

Instruction Writing

I was learning  understand what imperative verbs are. I can match the verb to its action I was easy because I knew what the kitchen verbs mean.

I was learning to make and follow a plan.I know how to make a plan I can follow my own plan. I was easy to make and follow my plan because I had lots to write about because I had so much fun on the trip.

Multiplication

I was learning to solve multiplication problems using repeated addition. I can use repeated addition to solve different equations. It was easy because the pictures helped me solve the problem.

Statistical Investigation

I  was learning to carry out a statistical   investigation  I  know haw to do a tally chart .It was easy to make a tally chart  because  the tally  marks were in groups of 5 which made it easy to add up.

Describing The plot

I was learning to describe the plot in the story. I can describe the problem and the solution.  It was easy to describe the plot in the story because I was able to explain what the problems in the story were and how they fixed these problems.
